Ensure safe work practices and adherence to quality standards. Manage team schedules and deliverables across multiple projects. Support regulatory audits and inspections. Drive operational excellence through cross-functional initiatives. Provide feedback and guidance to team members. Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain team cohesion. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong background in technology transfer and manufacturing. Experience managing confidential client relationships. Familiarity with regulatory inspections and audits. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
