Job Family: Operational Effectiveness (ESA) Travel Required: Up to 25% Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph What You Will Do: The Operations Lead will provide key strategic support to senior leaders. In addition to administrative support they will provide key institutional intelligence, stake holder awareness, process requirements, and quality assurance. They will be responsible for office management as well as both internal and external strategic communications. What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph Bachelor's Degree FIVE (5) years of professional experience What Would Be Nice To Have: Direct experience providing EA and/or COS-like support to a Front Office team within the IC Highly effective written and verbal communications skills Ability to maintain high levels of organization and the ability to follow up on taskings timely and accurately Ability to support full-time on site between 8am-4pm core hours Ability to support the FO leadership team from various sites in the Northern VA area Exposure to operational mission sets Prior experience engaging with Senior level officials in the IC with professionalism Ability to work closely and effectively with multiple differing staff officers and fellow contractors; i.e. strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust communication styles with various team members The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
