Key responsibilities: Conduct and coordinate microbiological testing to ensure products meet strict quality standards Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for microbiological assays Analyze and interpret data, providing outstanding insights and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of microbiological issues and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Mentor and train junior team members, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment Key requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Microbiology, Biology, or related field; advanced degree preferred Proven experience in a QC microbiology role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and aseptic processes Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to strictly adhere to procedures and regulations Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with flawless execution This is your chance to be part of a team where your ideas can lead to significant advancements in life sciences.
