The site of Bessemer in the USA is focused on Thermal Systems. Our department is looking for a VIE HR for 18 months. Your challenges? You will coordinate and follow-up new hire onboarding / induction process You will support all reporting and tracking of all employee information You will support in all HR Employee engagement events You will support in all office administrative tasks You will facilitate implementation of internal communication plan You will advise and counsel managers on all HR related activities, including ethics, staffing, employee development, employee morale You will act as a point of contact for benefit questions and inquiries You will investigate claims of harassment and misconduct; recommend and administer appropriate disciplinary actions You will communicate and enforce HR policies for the site; ensure compliance with U.S. and state legal requirements You will be accountable for maintaining standards for environmental, health and safety regulations You will support the roles of the expert program, recruitment, relocation and Valeo opportunities for North America Let’s talk about you… You have a Bachelor in Human Resources or related field You have a one year experience in the Human resources field You have a fluent level of English You have good knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google apps You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy Why Valeo?
