Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MES/EBR Subject Matter Expert to join our SAP Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electronic Batch Records (EBR), with hands-on experience in SAP ME/MII or POMSNet. This role will play a critical part in driving digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing and quality operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end MES/EBR solution design, implementation, and lifecycle support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards in EBR implementations. Provide subject matter expertise during system upgrades, migrations, and audits. Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems in designing data-driven frameworks to enhance demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics efficiency. Mentor internal teams and contribute to the development of best practices and standards. This is a hybrid position based at our Little Falls site in Wilmington, DE, requiring on-site presence Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. The secondary locations are in Waldbronn Germany and India-Manesar Campus, which will also follow the same hybrid schedule. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or related field. 8 years of hands-on experience in MES/EBR systems, with at least 4 years in SAP ME/MII or POMSNet. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, etc.). Proven experience with electronic batch records, recipe management, and shop floor integration. Deep knowledge of system validation, electronic signatures, and audit trails. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of SAP PP/MM modules and their integration with MES. Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration. Familiarity with ISA-95 architecture and manufacturing data models. Knowledge of cloud-based MES solutions. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus. #LI-DT1 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $116,800.00 - $182,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
