Operations Support

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of support duties that ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. You may focus on one or more operational areas depending on business needs, including materials handling, production, test and repair, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities Perform physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Ensure accurate inventory movement and documentation. Assist in product assembly, filling, measuring, mixing, and other production processes. Conduct routine testing and performance verification during product manufacturing. Perform routine testing of assemblies and finished products. Interpret test results and complete basic repairs as needed. Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards. Identify irregularities and escalate findings when necessary. Prepare and maintain required records, documentation, and logs. Enter data into and retrieve information from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Follow established safety and operational procedures to ensure a clean and compliant manufacturing environment. Qualifications High School Diploma, vocational training, or specialized certification preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience also accepted. 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, logistics, or quality support role. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with accuracy and consistency. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $22.42 - $35.04/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
