Job Description Performing a range of duties within a manufacturing environment related to production, process support, and test/rework/quality inspection of Gas Chromatography columns. Handle raw materials and operate production/testing equipment. Produce and process products according to detailed procedures. Accurately record all process tasks and material movements. Detail any deviations as part of an open reporting culture. Maintain flexibility and receptiveness to change in daily routine. Open to and capable of completing a variety of tasks that require frequent standing and walking. Support team in achieving production line objectives and goals through effective teamwork. Give ideas to and participate in Continuous Improvement activities. Qualifications 1 years of manufacturing, customer service, or any related experience working in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Confirmed experience of meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately follow work instructions. Proven track record of working within a team and autonomously. Good interpersonal skills. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $22.42 - $35.04/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
