Role Description
This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Field Operations Assistant. The Field Operations Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the logistical and operational needs of wellness events. This includes assisting in scheduling, overseeing the preparation for events, ensuring smooth communication between team members and clients, and addressing any day-to-day operational challenges. The role also involves performing quality assurance checks and contributing to a positive customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or similar area of study.
- 1-2 years of previous work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in organization and communication skills necessary to coordinate events and streamline workflows effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, solve problems efficiently, and ensure accuracy.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with team members and clients and to foster effective interpersonal interactions.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to learn various software applications, such as Salesforce.
- Previous experience in wellness programs, event coordination, or related fields is an added advantage.
