US Water Filters (USWF) is a family-owned, Zumbrota, MN based business looking for the next team members who share our core values and vision. USWF is a leader in providing high quality, innovative water and air filter solutions for the retail and commercial markets.
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team to perform warehouse duties which include, but are not limited, to picking, packing, receiving, assembly, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack product for shipment to customers based on company standards
- Receive and place incoming product in the correct location within the warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, as needed
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Report any damage or issues to management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Required Skill Set:
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and hard-working
- Must be able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Must be able to perform tasks in the area assigned to your responsibility
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on an infrequent basis
- Must be able to stand and walk up to ten hours per day
- Must be able to handle frequent bending, twisting, lifting and walking at a brisk pace
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to tolerate fluctuating temperatures in the warehouse
Requirements:
- Must be able to understand and comply with safety instructions
- Must be able to receive and give feedback both positive and constructive
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have basic computer skills at minimum
- A passion to meet or exceed goals and objectives
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Flexibility in working tasks and hours, including the willingness to work overtime when and if needed
