What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer/Vendor Account Specialist | U.S. AutoForce position at US Venture?
DIVISION : U.S. AutoForce POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Account Team member is the contact for all customer set up and account maintenance tasks. The position will be setting up new customer accounts, completing account change requests to ensure all work is completed on a timely basis. In addition, this position is the customer data steward responsible for maintaining the integrity of customer data and ensuring customer data is accurate and use of data fields are populated appropriately.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up new accounts for all channels – direct, secondary supply, and car dealer
Understand business processes and programs and how those processes use customer data fields
Understand and maintain various programs associated with customers
Communicate with customers, sales reps, and call center associates regarding account set up questions and requested account changes
Maintain integrity of all customer data

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
