If you have:
- Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Problem solving skills involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations
- Ability to perform basic functions of arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
- Ability to perform reading, writing and speaking at a basic level
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
A typical day may look like this:
- Setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity
- Operate machine using measuring tools
- Understanding of work tolerances
- Monitoring work quality
- Keep tooling and work organized
- Reading and signing of paperwork
- Fill out production log daily
- 100% Standing/sitting (employee preference)
- Lifting up to 25 lbs.
- 5 -10% shifting or bending
