- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Apply sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and improve efficiency in client communication
- Negotiate terms and close deals confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads and participate in outreach campaigns for business development
- Maintain high standards of customer service by providing clear information, addressing questions promptly, and ensuring positive client experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) transactions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and confidently
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud or other CRM software for managing customer data and sales activities
- Experience with sales technology adoption including sales automation tools and call center platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling strategies, and developing new client relationships
- Business development experience combined with a customer service mindset to foster trust and loyalty in clients
