Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced HR Functional Lead to drive the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday modules including Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, and Core HCM.
- This role will lead functional decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery from prototype to production.
- Plan and lead building of Time and Absence prototype tenants and migration to Production.
- Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system
- Oversee and execute system testing
- Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure appropriate configuration
- Understand unique business requirements and translate into system configuration
- Appropriately escalate risks
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in Workday Configuration
- HCM systems experience and the technical aptitude and capability to configure the product to meet the business requirements
- Ability to meet deadlines
Skillset:
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Workday tenants, business process frameworks, and security configuration
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
