We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused VP of Marketing – AI Solutions & Services Transformation to lead our market positioning, brand transformation, demand generation strategy, and thought leadership efforts as we accelerate our growth in the AI services market.


Role Overview

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that establishes US Tech Solutions as a recognized leader in AI solutions and services.

This leader will drive market awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, partner marketing, analyst relations, and executive thought leadership while creating measurable business impact through pipeline generation and revenue acceleration.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in enterprise technology marketing with a strong understanding of AI technologies, platforms, services, and industry trends. This individual must be capable of translating complex AI capabilities into compelling business narratives that resonate with CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, and business executives.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role responsible for building a modern AI-first marketing organization that directly supports aggressive growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

AI Market Positioning & Brand Transformation

  • Lead the company's market positioning as a leading AI solutions and services organization.
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions across:
  • Generative AI
  • Agentic AI
  • AI Consulting

  • AI Infrastructure
  • Intelligent Automation
  • Enterprise AI Platforms
  • AI Managed Services
  • Data & AI Modernization
  • AI Governance and Security
  • Create differentiated positioning against traditional IT services firms and emerging AI-native competitors.
  • Establish a strong and recognizable AI-focused brand presence across target markets.


Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Build and execute integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Develop multi-channel demand generation strategies including:
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Digital Marketing
  • Executive Events
  • Webinars
  • Industry Conferences
  • Partner Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Email Campaigns
  • Social Media Engagement
  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline, lead generation, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with strategic account growth objectives.
  • Develop scalable lead nurturing programs that support enterprise buying cycles.


AI Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build a world-class AI content engine that positions US Tech Solutions as a trusted advisor in AI transformation.
  • Develop content strategies including:
  • AI transformation frameworks
  • Industry use cases
  • Executive whitepapers
  • Research reports
  • Case studies
  • Solution briefs
  • Analyst content
  • Video content
  • Podcasts
  • Executive blogs
  • Translate technical AI concepts into business-oriented messaging and outcomes.
  • Support executive thought leadership programs across media, speaking engagements, and industry forums.


Analyst, Media & Industry Relations

  • Develop relationships with key industry analysts including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, and Everest Group.
  • Increase company visibility through media engagement, public relations, and strategic communications.
  • Drive participation in AI industry events, conferences, and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Position company leaders as recognized voices within the AI services marketplace.


Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Collaborate with AI platform providers, cloud hyperscalers, and technology partners to develop joint marketing initiatives.
  • Build co-marketing programs with leading AI technology companies including Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Databricks, Snowflake, and other strategic partners.
  • Drive ecosystem visibility and strategic market influence.


Marketing Operations & Performance Management

  • Build and scale a modern marketing organization focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish marketing KPIs including:
  • Marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Marketing-influenced revenue
  • Lead generation
  • Conversion rates
  • Share of voice
  • Brand awareness
  • Website engagement
  • Event performance
  • Campaign ROI
  • Leverage AI-driven marketing tools, analytics, and automation platforms to optimize performance.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and agency relationships.


Required Qualifications

  • 12 years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience.
  • 5 years leading enterprise technology, consulting, digital transformation, cloud, data, or AI-focused marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing AI solutions, AI platforms, cloud services, data services, or advanced technology offerings.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI ecosystems including:
  • Generative AI
  • Agentic AI
  • Machine Learning
  • AI Infrastructure
  • Data Platforms
  • Intelligent Automation
  • AI Governance
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact through marketing initiatives.
  • Experience building high-performing demand generation and content marketing teams.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience working with analysts, media, and technology ecosystem partners.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI consulting, technology services, digital engineering, or professional services organizations.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 enterprise buyers.
  • Familiarity with leading AI and cloud ecosystems including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • MBA or advanced business/marketing degree preferred.
