Team details & who they will work with:
- Serve as a senior engineer and technical steward for the AI Dev Tooling & Enablement capability, providing administration and durable technical direction for GitHub, Cursor, and Claude.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum required years of experience: 8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Education requirements: Bachelor's not required if experience is strong
Must have skills:
- Software Engineering
- Github administration
- Excellent communication
Software/Technical Requirements:
- Polyglot desired, Python required
- AWS
- AI Tooling (Cursor, Claude, MCP, etc)
Nice to have:
- Golang
- Kubernetes
- Backstage development
Previous experience is highly preferred but not required.
