Job Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate: $50.50/hr

Duration: 6 months

Hybrid Schedule: 3 onsite, 2 Work from home after 90-day onboarding and training

Job Description:

• As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist, you will lead the material component of the end-to-end FAR Part 15 (FAR15) proposal and subcontracting lifecycle in support of large-scale programs. This role spans from proposal development and sales order award through subcontract negotiation and long-term purchase order execution with suppliers.
• You will be responsible for coordinating compliant FAR15 material packages for submission.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate proposal and contract execution activities for large-scale programs.
• Develop and support material negotiation strategies in alignment with customer contract awards.
• Partner with internal business teams to support customer negotiations and program execution.
• Interface with customers to support audits and contract award activities.
• Support and engage key program suppliers as required.
• Mentor and train team members across the organization

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills):

• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal & Contracts, Business, or Finance.
• Strong understanding of the DoD procurement lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DoD procurement subcontracting under FAR Part 15.
• Ability to act as a project manager and lead cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS).
• Supply chain and procurement experience, preferably within defense, aerospace, or similar industries.
• Experience supporting Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD) requirements.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and apply contractual terms and conditions, including flow-down requirements.

Education:

• High School diploma.
