Job Description
- Client is seeking a Analyst to join the Brand Social team and drive data-informed decision-making through scalable reporting and dashboard solutions.
- The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in Sprinklr, social media analytics, and dashboard development.
- This individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions that enhance visibility into social media performance and support strategic decisions.
- This role will focus on leveraging social media data to build, optimize, and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards within Sprinklr to support business and leadership reporting needs.
- Consolidate and analyze social media performance data across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop scalable, self-service reporting solutions that empower stakeholders to access insights efficiently.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
- Audit existing dashboards and identify opportunities for reporting improvements, automation, and enhanced visualization.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards.
- 5 years of experience in Social Media Analytics, Digital Marketing Analytics, Paid Social Measurement, or a related reporting and insights role.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards within Sprinklr (required).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs including impressions, engagement, reach, CPM, video views, click-through rates, and related performance metrics.
- Experience working with social media advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
