- Monitor Profound platform workflows and integrations
- Support engagement and conversation analytics dashboards
- Troubleshoot synchronization issues with Salesforce
- Coordinate vendor support and issue resolution
- Support data validation and reconciliation activities
- Manage user access and operational support requests
- Support reporting and business analytics requirements
- Assist with platform releases and testing activities
