Job Title: Production Planner / Coordinator – Apparel & Supply Chain
Location: Reynoldsburg Ohio 43068
Position: Hybrid (3 days onsite – Tues/Wed/Thurs, 2 days WFH)
Duration: 6 Months Contract with extension
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Production Planner to support the production and order management team for a leading apparel/lingerie brand. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and experience managing purchase orders, production tracking, and delivery coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and order updates
- Track production status, deliveries, dye/cut dates, and order changes
- Maintain order management reports and delivery tracking documents
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, Vendors, and Offshore teams
- Support issue resolution related to orders, deliveries, and production changes
- Assist with liability tracking, cancellation management, and reporting
- Update and maintain data in SAP/Mainframe systems
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide production updates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Order Management, or related field
- Experience in Apparel, Fashion, Textile, or Retail industry preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player who can work in a collaborative environment
Preferred Skills:
- SAP or ERP system experience
- Production/order management experience
- Reporting and data analysis experience
