- 30% working as an analyst
- 50% Analyst
Internal Team interactions:
- Bi weekly 1:1s with manager
- Bi weekly with head of US Latin music
- Monthly 1:1 with L8
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:
- Writing Skills
- Market research experience
- Gross market experience
Nice to haves:
- Consulting experience
YOE:
- 6-7 years of experience in connecting brands with the US Hispanic music experience
