What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensing Specialist position at US Tech Solutions?

About the Project:
- The Content Strategy and Insights Team is seeking a contractor to support a specific rights management and tracking project.
- In coordination with the licensing and rights management teams, the CS&I team is responsible for tracking budgeting and execution of all licensing deals.
- This includes receiving and tracking deal memos and licensing agreements.
- The rights management team is currently working to set up Rightsline for the streaming organization, but the system relies on information provided by the CS&I team.
- The current information is disorganized and inconsistent across.
- This contractor would be responsible for going through all available licensing agreements from the past few years, properly extracting relevant information, and aggregating in one central, organized place (i.e., Airtable).
- This would serve as the foundation of the information used to populate Rightsline.
- The team is looking for someone extremely detail oriented, organized, collaborative, and accountable.
