What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Document Coordinator / Engineering Records Management Specialist – Utility / Electric position at US Tech Solutions?
Duration: 12 Months
Note: H ybrid, 3 days/week in office
Job Description:
- Document control for Substation Engineering group.
- Process and print released design projects as required.
- New project releases that include ensuring printing is completed (whether inhouse printing or external printing).
- Asbuilts (completion of projects) that includes scanning, tracking and printing/releasing of completed asbuilts.
- Update and maintain various logs/spreadsheets as well as generate any new to help support various documentation for the group.
- Document control into approved file repository system.
- Modifying/maintaining documents within file repository system.
- Uploading new project documents as needed.
- Support group with various tasks in scanning, tracking, and printing documents (mainly engineering drawings) as needed.
- Support group with control of various equipment used for field visits (sign out logs, maintenance of equipment, etc.).
