Duration: SOW Project (1.5 Weeks/ 60 Hours)

Supported Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM (8 hours/day)
Migration Date: Jan 17- Jan 18
Total Devices: 82 (Device Replacement image & Deployment-64 & Device Reimaging-18)
Total Technicians Required: 2
Job description:
Responsibilities encompasses the Migration, Replacement, and Re-imaging of devices, including the setup of laptops, desktops, and Lab PCs. Site Support technicians will be assigned to each location to carry out the migration activities. Training for this activity will be provided by the CLIENT’s Team to ensure alignment with project standards. The engagement at site will begin one week prior to the scheduled network migration activity dates and continue for one week afterward to support post-migration stabilization. Hypercare support will be provided by the CLIENT’s Team.
The Services consist of the following:
Assessment and preparation
1. Identify all potential local apps config that are not present in the built app package vs inventory (Users must be present on site with their Laptop)
2. Prepare labels for all PC (PC name and barcode)
Re-image on site existing Dell Laptops and Desktops – Dedicated room at each site will be provided including Network (WiFi) connectivity.
Devices 4 years or less will be re-imaged.
The devices are no longer in the IFF Intune and hash_ID have been inserted in Roquette Intune.
1. Reboot PC with a W11 ISO image (on USB stick)
2. Connect PC on network site
3. Roquette autopilot install the software complement
4. Control if W11 updates are installed
5. Check and test the PC until first connection of assigned user
6. Label the PC with its Roquette name
7. Install local applications on PC if needed (binaries provided)
8. Distribute PC to users according to the pre assignment table
9. Help user in case of question or issue
Preparation of new HP Laptops and Desktops - Dedicated room at each site will be provided including Network (WiFi) connectivity.
Devices 4 years and older will be replaced by a new HP device
New device hash-ID have been inserted in Roquette Intune
1. Unpack the PC
2. Connect it to the network on site connection
3. Lauch the process of autopilot
4. Control if W11 updates are installed
5. Check and test the PC until first connection of assigned user
6. Label the PC with its Roquette name
7. Install local applications on PC if needed (binaries provided)
8. Distribute PC to users according to the pre-assignment table
9. Help user in case of question or issue
Control operations
For all PCs
1. Check in Roquette Intune if the PC is correctly configured
- 2. Update the cutover file to follow all PC movement
