Job Description:
- We’re seeking a highly motivated and agile Strategic Communications Manager to help shape how a leading precision health and AI organization is perceived externally. This role will play a critical part in strengthening thought leadership, media presence, scientific storytelling, and product visibility across multiple channels.
- You’ll bring innovative thinking about emerging trends and tools to augment communications strategies, operate with a strong ownership mindset, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, science, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with communications, marketing, product, and scientific partners to develop and execute integrated communications strategies that elevate brand reputation and spotlight key products and programs.
- Support media relations and communications around major events, announcements, and executive engagements.
- Develop messaging and communications plans for:
- Scientific publications
- Research milestones
- Product launches and platform updates
- Help integrate company news and narratives across channels by coordinating with:
- Social media teams
- Internal communications
- Website and digital stakeholders
- Shape external storytelling that drives:
- Thought leadership
- Brand awareness
- Product adoption and commercial impact
- Monitor industry trends in health tech, AI, and digital communications to bring fresh, data-informed ideas into strategy.
- Support executive visibility through speakerships, social narratives, and external positioning.
Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, PR, or product communications, preferably in:
- Health tech
- Life sciences
- AI / SaaS / emerging technology
- Proven experience translating complex scientific or technical information into compelling narratives.
- Strong background in:
- Media relations
- Executive communications
- Product and innovation storytelling
- Integrated marketing communications
- Highly organized, self-starter, and comfortable operating in a fast-evolving environment.
- A curious learner with a growth mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and messaging development capabilities.
