US Supercharge specializes in installing, operating, and maintaining EV superchargers and destination chargers across the United States. We partner with real estate owners, developers, and investors to expand reliable charging infrastructure and support the transition to sustainable transportation.
Position Overview
We’re hiring a skilled Electrician to support EV charger installations (Level 2 and DC fast charging) and general residential and light commercial electrical work throughout South Florida. This is a hands-on, field-based role working closely with our installation and operations teams to deliver safe, code-compliant, and high-quality electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform new construction residential electrical work
- Install and troubleshoot EV chargers, including Level 2 and DC fast charging systems
- Complete pool electrical installations and equipment hookups
- Perform electrical maintenance and repair work on managed properties
- Install conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid), including accurate pipe bending
- Assist with light mechanical work related to electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment issues in the field
- Perform residential electrical service work, including panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, and diagnostics
- Complete light commercial electrical projects, including service upgrades, subpanels, circuits, and basic controls
- Read and interpret plans, verify electrical loads, label panels, and document work with photos
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and NEC/code compliance standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, inspectors, and internal teams (English proficiency required)
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical installation and service work
- EV charger installation experience preferred (Autel, ChargePoint, Tesla, Wallbox, Enphase, etc.)
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to communicate professionally with inspectors
- Valid work authorization required

- Experience pulling permits and working with inspections
- Familiarity with networked or OCPP-based chargers and basic commissioning
- Commercial electrical installation experience
