About the Role
As our Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice that keeps our customers informed and confident from contract signing through project completion. You'll proactively reach out to homeowners with status updates, coordinate installation schedules, and ensure every client feels valued and informed throughout their roofing experience. No prior roofing experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to know!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their roofing project
- Proactively communicate project status updates and timelines to customers
- Schedule installation dates and coordinate with production teams
- Review and explain contracts with homeowners, answering questions clearly
- Maintain detailed records of customer communications and project milestones
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate between sales, production, and customers to ensure smooth project flow
