What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greeter position at US Sedan Service?
We are looking to immediately hire a Greeter for our luxury transportation company. This is a very busy fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide extraordinary customer service to passengers
- Handle appropriately communications of a sensitive and confidential nature
- Review all assigned trips and prepare appropriately
- Responsibility of ensuring our passengers and luggage are delivered to the chauffeurs
- Coordinate and communicate with chauffeurs for an exceptional experience
- Ad hoc support duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience of customer service
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
- Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation
Skills:
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Good phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Attention to detail
- Able to clearly present information both verbally and in writing
- Excellent listening, writing, and communication skills
