Role Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager for a hybrid position based in Greenville, SC, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing facility maintenance projects, ensuring optimal performance of service teams, maintaining compliance with regulations, and meeting client satisfaction objectives. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating logistics, developing strategies to improve efficiency, and managing budgets and resources effectively.
