US Sand and Gravel LLC is one of Stephenville's largest producers of construction aggregates and a major producer of aggregate-based construction materials used in ready-mixed concrete. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Candidate must be reliable, pay attention to details, maintain one's composure, work calmly in high-stress situations, and display integrity. One Must be able to pass a background and drug screening. This role includes but is not limited to:

Customer Relation Responsibilities:
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take and enter orders, and cancel accounts if necessary.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits and payments, or arrange for billing.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems.
- Have knowledge of all products and services and share information with customers and patrons.
- Manage phone system and voicemail for all companies.
- Keep products and materials up to date on the company website, Quickbooks, price sheet, and front TVs.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the office.

Public Relations Responsibilities:
- Working as a team to conduct all PR Events in the community and surrounding communities. This includes coordinating parades, local kids' events, and any community activities.
- Setting up, participating, and taking down our event trailer and working the event itself.
