Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Prosthetist, located in Canton, OH. The Prosthetist will be responsible for evaluating patients, designing and fitting prosthetic and orthotic devices, and providing follow-up care. Daily tasks include conducting gait analysis, patient assessment, and adjustments of devices to ensure optimal fit and comfort. The Prosthetist will also work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Qualifications
- Prosthetics and Orthotics skills
- Experience conducting Gait Analysis
- Patient Care skills and a strong understanding of the medical field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Certification from a recognized Prosthetics and Orthotics program
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
