What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator - Bilingual Spanish/English position at US Professional Services?
Job Description & Responsibilities::
- Responsible for all aspects of estimating small and large-scale complex energy savings and energy generation and storage construction projects.
- Fluent in Spanish with the ability to clearly communicate complex construction documents verbally and in writing in a pre-construction setting
- Pre-construction planning and bid development (They will be bidding on an Army construction project in PR)
- Use of RSMeans and other estimator tools
- Evaluate bids and support award decisions
- Support development, pre-construction, bidding, evaluation, award efforts
- Oversight of interior project scopes
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S Citizen with the ability to review confidential U.S. security information is required.
- Must possess a Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state.
- 10 years in pre-construction/estimating industry
- Minimum of seven (7) years of recent experience in industrial and commercial construction estimating.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a construction background (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Pre-construction bidding experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls)
- Estimating experience using industry tools (RSMeans preferred)

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
