About the Role:
- Perform janitorial duties such as cleaning, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors;
- Dust furniture and fixtures;
- Wash windows;
- Remove ashes, snow and ice;
- Operate a variety of power driven equipment such as floor scrubbers, floor sanders, waxers, and wall washers;
- Use wax, polish, and other protective agents appropriate for the various surfaces;
- Wash walls and ceilings from scaffolding;
- Assist in making minor maintenance repairs to building and equipment;
