The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for growing practices using a variety of marketing strategies, including attending the referral base, increasing brand awareness, and generating referrals with repeat patients. Also, develop marketing plans and internal and external marking techniques.

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for growing practices using a variety of marketing strategies, including attending the referral base, increasing brand awareness, and generating referrals with repeat patients. Also, develop marketing plans and internal and external marking techniques.
Essential Functions
- Effectively promotes and educates the practice referral base on the services provided through one-on-one meetings, company-approved promotional programs, and other company-approved means. Implements strategies to increase brand awareness, including social media platforms, community involvement and direct to consumer via internal marketing campaigns. Co-manages the practice website.
- Grow businesses by increasing cases sent from existing referrals and by capturing businesses from new referrals. Monitors and tracks referrals by maintaining the referral database. Tracks costs of activities and stays within budget. Presents referral information to Practice surgeons.
- Works each day in the field promoting practice services by call planning, customer follow-up, making and attending appointments, generating reports, etc. Delivers marketing materials, educational information, patient care items and gifts to referring offices per week or as assigned. Visits offices on a cyclical basis. Keep accurate records of deliveries.
- Plans, coordinates, and attends educational events as directed, bi-annual open houses and social events. Tracks and calendar events. Keeps adequate documentation to meet AGD guidelines and maintains AGD credentialing.
- Expected to accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports timely and within the established deadline as defined by Senior Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Two Years or more of prior sales or account management experience, required.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
