Shop Support — Full & Part Time
US One-Design | Cape Cod, Massachusetts
US One-Design is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Shop Support team member to help with the behind-the-scenes operations of our Cape Cod location.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience in the marine industry in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Prior knowledge of dinghy sailing or the marine industry is a plus, but not required for someone who is responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers and shipping containers
- Assist with small-shop fabrication and assembly projects
- Help organize and maintain shop equipment, materials, and inventory
- Drive trucks and trailers as needed
- Provide general support for day-to-day shop and warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more
- Willingness and ability to drive trucks and trailers
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills
- Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or fabrication setting
- Familiarity with boats, trailers, or marine equipment
- Basic mechanical, fabrication, or hand-tool experience
- Prior experience towing trailers

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
