A part-time opportunity exists for current or former Navy Surface Warfare Officers to utilize their leadership skills and talent in an environment that constantly changes.
The mission of the Navy Reserve is to provide strategic depth and deliver operational capabilities to the Navy and Marine Corps team and Joint forces during times of peace or war. Sailors seamlessly support and actively aid this mission while leading independent lives in the civilian world.

Navy Reserve Sailors continue to hold educational opportunities through Tuition Assistance, DANTES and their post 9/11 or Montgomery GI Bill.
