We are seeking a Construction Engineering & Management Intern from Texas A&M University to support project management efforts for Line 2 expansion. You will work closely with leadership, operations, and external contractors to help ensure projects stay on schedule, within costs, and comply with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, costing and scheduling for Line 2 buildout
- Support tracking of project timelines, milestones, deliverables and costs
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedules are aligned
- Help monitor budgets, materials, and resource allocation
- Participate in and or lead daily/weekly project meetings and progress updates
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and key dates
- Identify potential risks and assist in problem-solving and process improvements
- Ensure alignment with contractors and US Module's safety and compliance standards
- Support site walkthroughs, project audits, and manage all “punch lists”
- Currently enrolled in Construction Engineering & Management (or related field) at Texas A&M University
- Strong interest in project management, construction, or manufacturing operations
- Basic understanding of project scheduling tools (Excel, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Real-world experience supporting a highly automated major manufacturing expansion (Line 2)
- Direct exposure to executive leadership and project decision-making
- Hands-on experience in project management, vendor coordination, and operations
