Barista - Curator Magnifica Hospitality

Position Summary

We are seeking an attentive, hospitality-driven Barista for the position of Staff Experience Curator to enrich the daily working environment for our team. This role blends service, organization and creativity to ensure our staff feel supported and cared for throughout their day. This is a full-time hourly position, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Serve coffee and beverages to all staff at the beginning of the day and throughout the entire shift
• Assist with setting up all staff meal
• Clean up after staff meal is finished
• Wash glassware, china and culinary items throughout shift
• Restock drinks and snacks in staff breakroom
• Keep the coffee area and staff breakroom clean and in compliance with health department standards
• Adhere to recipes and standards for coffee service
• Research and test emerging beverage trends for coffees and wellness beverages to keep offerings innovative
• Put away clean hand towels and laundry after delivery from the laundry company (Wednesdays)
• Service dinners and lunches at the office and the model house as needed. Prior notice will be given.
• Help breaking down boxes and maintaining a clean environment for the whole office throughout the shift
• Follow opening and closing procedures based on the SOP document or the Opsi software
• Hold a weekly inventory for needed items at the end of the week to allow orders to be done for the next week for coffee service and break-room
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of the bathroom men and women during working hours
• Provide support and assistance with various projects as needed
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1-3 years barista experience
• Food Handlers license a plus
• Inventory management experience
• Familiarity with Opsi software or similar hospitality management software
