Job Summary:
U.S. Medical Staffing is Seeking Multiple RN's and LPN's who are reliable for 1:1 Cases Near The Shirley/Mastic Beach area. These 1:1 cases would entail assisting medically fragile students on day to day activities. Some cases may require the Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse to assist on the bus as well. All cases and details will be presented to each applicant to make sure it is a good fit.

Job Responsibilities ( Are not limited to):
- Assisting the Student through out the day
- Following doctors orders/ Giving out medication
- Meeting at the students house to assist on the bus ( not all cases require this)
- Collaborating with the Main nurse to create an action plan
- Providing Rescue medications for select cases
- Documenting Progress notes throughout the day
- Updating the parents on the students condition and keeping contact
Job Qualifications:
- NYS LPN License
- Fingerprinted by the DOE
- Recent Physical, Titers, PPD's
- 2 Forms of ID
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPR/BLS

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
