Job Summary:
U.S. Medical Staffing is Seeking Multiple LPN's who are reliable for 1:1 Cases Near The Lindenhurst/Copiague Area school District. These 1:1 cases would entail assisting medically fragile students on day to day activities. Some cases may require the Licensed Practical Nurse to assist . All cases and details will be presented to each applicant to make sure it is a good fit.
Job Responsibilities ( Are not limited to):

These 1:1 cases would entail assisting medically fragile students on day to day activities. Some cases may require the Licensed Practical Nurse to assist . All cases and details will be presented to each applicant to make sure it is a good fit.
Job Responsibilities ( Are not limited to):
- Assisting the Student through out the day
- Following doctors orders/ Giving out medication
- Meeting at the students house to assist on the bus ( not all cases require this)
- Collaborating with the Main nurse to create an action plan
- Providing Rescue medications for select cases
- Documenting Progress notes throughout the day
- Updating the parents on the students condition and keeping contact
Job Qualifications:
- NYS LPN License
- Fingerprinted by the DOE
- Recent Physical, Titers, PPD's
- 2 Forms of ID
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- CPR/BLS

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
