What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Delivery Technician position at US Med-Equip?
Join Our Life-Saving Mission
At US Med-Equip (USME), we don’t just move equipment — we move healthcare forward.
We partner with hospitals across the country to make sure life-saving equipment is ready
when and where it’s needed. As a Field Service Consultant, you’ll be part of a fast-moving,
hands-on team that delivers service excellence, technical skill, and purpose every day.
If you’re dependable, driven, and take pride in doing things right, this is more than a job —
it’s a mission.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Education
Be the face of USME to our hospital partners. Deliver, set up, and educate healthcare staff
on equipment functionality and proper use. You’ll make sure every interaction reflects
professionalism, empathy, and the highest level of service.
Equipment Processing & Testing
Back at the branch, you’ll clean, inspect, test, and prepare medical equipment according
to company and safety standards. Perform minor repairs and quality checks to ensure
every device is patient-ready. Your precision and care directly impact patient safety.
Driving & Deliveries
Operate company vehicles (up to 26’ box trucks) to safely transport and deliver equipment
to hospitals and clinics. You’ll handle each delivery and pickup with accuracy, efficiency,
and full compliance with DOT and safety requirements.
Branch Operations & Support
Work as part of a team that values excellence. Help keep the warehouse organized,
manage inventory, and support daily branch operations to ensure a smooth, efficient flow
of service.
