Under general supervision, provides general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field. Responsible for answering phone, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, arranging events and other projects as assigned. Responsibilities may also include assisting with accounting/bookkeeping duties. Prepares a variety of reports, analyzes data, creates job files, identifies and recommends solutions. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. U.S. citizenship required.
- Supports multiple teams- Answers emails and phone calls and provides general office administration support. Follows existing process to complete repetitive tasks and assists in process improvements.
- Completes projects and special assignments by determining priorities, managing time, and making adjustments to plans.
- Gathers and collates data for multiple reports. Utilizes Microsoft Excel to compile and analyze data and track metrics.
- Prepares a variety of reports, analyzes data, creates job files, identifies and recommends solutions.
- Assists team with contract administration, compliance reviews, change orders, partners, tracking shipments, meeting preparation, miscellaneous paperwork (e.g. certificates of insurance) and financial reporting.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- Under minimal supervision, provides a wide range of general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field.
- May provide direction and coaching to less experienced Administrative Assistants or other office staff colleagues.
