The Truss Assembly Manager will manage the work of a team of truss assemblers, leads and supervisors. This position is responsible for overseeing the assembly process in an efficient manner.

What You Will Do
- Manage production build stations, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure effective use of shop floor software, including proper management of job scheduling and removal.”
- Oversee the training of all employees in assigned area of responsibility.
- Maintain knowledge of build standards and perform quality control checks on all products.
- Oversee material staging and ensure proper availability of supplies for production.
- Monitor production workflow process assisting other areas as needed.
- Enforce OSHA requirements, company safety rules, and safe work practices.
- Monitor product quality and verify compliance with standards and specifications.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and conducive to efficient operations.
- Ensure safe and efficient use of equipment during the assembly process.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote strong customer service values.
- Maintain operational awareness to ensure error-free and damage-free results.
- Responsible for managing a team of 10 associates (direct and indirect), including hiringand termination decisions, setting goals, communicating expectations, providing performance feedback, and overseeing budget accountability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- 5 years of industry experience / truss assembly required.
- Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer.
- Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns.
- Ability to operate a crane.
- Excellent teamwork & customer relationships.
