The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting daily retail store and warehouse operations. What You Will Do
- Operate as a cashier, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash drawer integrity.
- Receive and process returns, organize inventory, and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Perform cycle counting and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Provide exceptional service, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
- On occasion this person will drive Non-CDL company trucks (multi-axle, half-ton to full-ton) for customer deliveries.
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and warehouse.
- Cutting keys and cut as needed as well as mixing paint.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Adhere to Company’s commitment to workplace safety.
- Participate in and complete assigned trainings.
- Ability to lift 80 lbs or more safely.
- Valid driver’s license for delivery responsibilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required.
- 10% Travel for customer deliveries, as needed.
