Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their landscape design, maintenance, or installation needs
• Present product and service options confidently, highlighting benefits that meet client goals
• Develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client budgets and project specifications
• Follow up diligently on leads, inquiries, and project opportunities to secure new business
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress in CRM systems
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide expert advice

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the landscape or related construction industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and technical details
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for outdoor environments and landscape solutions
• Knowledge of landscaping materials, design principles, or horticulture is a plus but not required
• Previous experience using CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous
