Summary
USIM - U.S. Interactive Media is hiring a Senior Programmatic Trader for our Irvine CA/New York City office. This position will be critical in delivering programmatic strategy and delivery, mentoring team members and evaluating new and emerging media and technology.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Be able Execute programmatic campaigns from the RFP through campaign set-up, maintenance, optimizations and final reporting.
- Be the Day to day contact for Clients and their campaigns
- Mentor traders and campaign managers on the procedures and Guidelines for campaign execution and Maintenance across at the organization
- Mentor traders and campaign managers in Campaign structure and Goals
- Be able to Extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization purposes and client reporting to drive campaign success.
- Be able to build and evolve relationships as a point of contact with media vendors and technology partners
- Collaborate with media agency planning teams to incorporate all programmatic specific media plans and insights into holistic media deliverables (i.e. plans, reports, etc.).
- Have strong analytic skills to help run and implement new reporting processes.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years Programmatic Campaign management experience
- BA/BS degree marketing, business, analytics preferred
- Programmatic Media Experience
- Demonstrated experience in creative problem-solving techniques and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, analytic skills, problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Familiarity with all DSPs, SSPs and DMPs in the digital programmatic field
- Knowledge of The Trade Desk, DV 360, Amazon and Other DSPs
- Programmatic experience across Connected TV, Display and Mobile, audio, and OOH, additional knowledge of advanced TV a plus
- Expert Excel skills and a comfort with pivot tables
