Role Description
You'll own paid acquisition end to end — strategy, creative, landing pages, media buys, and optimization. Google Ads (Search) is the starting point, but we want someone who can go beyond that — custom media buys, unconventional channels, whatever converts.
You'll also identify and manage YouTube creator sponsorships, negotiating deals and owning those relationships directly.
We're looking for a guerrilla marketer. Someone who understands how to find highly profitable placements, test them cheaply, and scale what works. You should be comfortable creating advertising creative and landing pages yourself. We can give you the technical support to make your workflow faster. You'll work as part of a team focused on finding winners and cutting losers fast, so the ad budget always goes where it converts.
We have attribution and conversion tracking in place. You'll plug into that system and work closely with our technology team to build reports and optimize campaigns. You'll be responsible for reporting the advertising performance periodically including high level KPIs per Channel, Campaign performance metrics like CVR, CAC and overall media intelligence.
Qualifications
- Experience planning and executing paid media campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads (Search)
- Able to create, optimize, iterate and find winning ad angles and unlocks
- Able to identify, negotiate, and manage YouTube creator sponsorships
- Knows how to find underpriced attention and test new channels quickly
- Data-literate — you can read dashboards and make decisions from them
- Self-directed. We believe giving autonomy produces great results
- Bonus: strong experience with leveraging Agentic Workflows
- Bonus: experience with content creation — we think candid converts
- Bonus: familiarity with PC peripherals and Software (AutoHotkey, Stream Deck, High end Keyboards, Mice and etc.)
- Experience in the Gaming, Accessibility, and Streaming software markets a big plus
