What We’re Looking For
Industry Experience & Certifications
- In-depth knowledge of HUD and LIHTC programs
- Bonus: Familiarity with USDA/RD, HOME, or Public Housing programs
- At least two (2) industry certifications (HUD, LIHTC, USDA, etc.), or one (1) certification with equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years auditing HUD/LIHTC files
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Passion for staying up to date on affordable housing regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems; Salesforce experience a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
