US Heart and Vascular is needing a Part-time Medical Practice Scheduler to join our team at Birmingham Heart Clinic in Birmingham AL
This is an entry level position with a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement within a rapidly growing Cardiology Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients and Referring Physicians with scheduling appointments
- Working with reports such as eligibility reports
- Scanning information into our Nextgen system
- Will be cross trained in other clerical areas of the front office
Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be detailed orientated
- Must be a flexible with work schedule
- Must work well with others, and be a team player
