Your Responsibilities:
As a Floor Tech, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, including:
- Stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing floors
- Operating floor cleaning equipment (buffers, burnishers, scrubbers, etc.)
- Shampooing and extracting carpets
- Following daily, weekly, and monthly floor maintenance schedules
- Ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and presentable
- Maintaining equipment and supplies
- Assisting the housekeeping team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Floor Tech experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong commitment to resident safety and satisfaction
