190-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility | Full-Time | Leadership Role | New Ownership

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily clinical operations and resident care
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Assist with care plans, compliance, and state surveys
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Alabama
- Minimum 2 years nursing leadership experience (ADON or unit management)
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
